My path

For me, Yoga and Pilates are not trends or tools for self-optimization. They are a way to become more aware of your body, build strength, and discover calmness and clarity through movement.

My foundation is rooted in a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher training at a Yoga Alliance certified school on Tenerife. A few years later, I had the opportunity to return as a teacher trainer, supporting international teacher trainings - an experience that continues to shape my work today.

Further training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, AyurYoga, the Anusara Yoga Immersion, and Pilates has broadened and enriched my approach.

My professional journey has taken me through the international hospitality industry and, to this day, the maritime sector. Alongside this path, Yoga and Pilates grew from a personal passion into something I now enjoy sharing with others.

I teach classes, workshops, and private sessions in Hamburg and online.

My teaching is not about perfection or constantly striving to achieve more. It is about getting to know your body, strengthening it, and creating a mindful connection between movement, breath, and mind.

My intention is to create a space where body awareness, strength, and inner calm can naturally grow.

From my teaching experience, I created the workbook Prana Path - Alignment, clarity & the power of breathing - offering inspiration and guidance for your own journey.

In our one-to-one sessions, your personal goals take centre stage. Whether you would like to improve your body awareness, build strength, or simply take some mindful time for yourself, every session is individually tailored to your needs. All sessions are held online, allowing you to practise flexibly from the comfort of your home or while travelling.

Depending on your goals, I offer Yoga, Pilates, or a combination of both through the Yogilates concept. Yoga combines movement, breath, and philosophy into a holistic practice, while Pilates strengthens the core, improves stability, and supports healthy posture. Both methods are rooted in conscious breathing and mindful movement, complementing each other naturally. Together, they create a well-balanced practice that enhances strength, flexibility, stability, body awareness, inner calm, and mental clarity.

Each session provides a supportive space tailored to your individual journey - whether you are just beginning or wish to deepen your existing practice. €117 per hour

 

1:1 Mentoring for Yoga Teachers

Would you like to further develop your yoga teaching, gain more confidence, or refine your own offerings? In my individual mentoring sessions, I support you exactly where you are on your journey.

Together, we deepen your practice and your understanding of authentic yoga teaching. I support you in developing your own teaching style, creating well-structured classes, and teaching with confidence - always tailored to your individual path and goals.

If you would like to integrate Yogilates into your classes, I will show you how Yoga and Pilates can complement each other while maintaining the integrity and unique qualities of both methods.

The mentoring is designed for yoga teachers who wish to teach with confidence and joy. €117 per hour
